In 2013, IP Hills opened its second Belgian office. What began in Mechelen later found a permanent home in Leuven. Today, we are located on the unique “7 Tuinen ( 7 Gardens)” site, a vibrant green space in the city centre.

The location exudes history: a former cigar factory has been transformed into a modern residential, retail and office complex. A perfect blend of heritage and innovation.
