Since IP Hills was founded in 2009, Ghent has been the logical choice for our first Belgian office. Thanks to years of growth and the successful merger with Ipsilon, in 2024 we moved to our current location in the iconic UCO tower, just outside the historic city centre.

The UCO Bellevue site, once the beating heart of the Union Cotonnière textile factory, reflects Ghent's rich industrial history. By establishing ourselves here, we remain connected to the entrepreneurial spirit that has characterised this city for generations.
