IPSILON is pleased to announce the opening of IPSILON USA,LLP in New York, US.

IPSILON USA was created, following IPSILON Benelux at the beginning of 2015, in order to further consolidate the firm’s international activities and to offer its European and US clients a high quality, and integrated service.

Under the management of Joe Sofer, a US intellectual property attorney with more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of patents, trademarks and copyrights, and with the assistance of a highly specialised team, this new office will provide a full range of IP law services including clearance searches, filing and prosecution of patents, trade marks, designs and copyright applications through to registration, IP transactions and enforcement.

IPSILON has been working successfully with Joe Sofer and his team for nearly 15 years with spectacular results.  The new office will enhance the level of collaboration with the aim to provide a one-stop responsive service in the US to all IPSILON clients.

In addition to the US, IPSILON also has offices in France (Paris region, Nantes, Tours), in Luxembourg and in Germany.
